A very nice cake for spring and summer. Fresh and creamy.....love the cooked in peach flavor and the schnapps (or peach brandy) in the icing is scrumpdillyishous

This turned out wonderfully. I've never seen such a good looking batter while making a cake before. I posted my pic but it turned out too dark (I was really busy that weekend and didn't think to open the shutters for better lighting). I think the cake would be good without the icing too. Thanks!
