Broccoli And Cheese Corn Pudding Recipe

I fell in love with this dish at a church potluck. I just was so lucky to get into the pot!

Ingredients
- 1 c butter melted
- 1 box (8 1/2 oz) Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can corn drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c shedded cheese (your choice)
- 1/2 c chopped broccoli
Directions
- Prehead oven to 350 degrees
- Butter 3 quart shallow baking dish or pan with melted butter.
- In a mixing bowl combine cornbread mix, corn, sour cream, cheese, broccoli and butter
- Mix until all ingredients are blended
- Pour mixture inot prepared dish and spead evenly
- Place pan in middle of the shelf and bake for 50-55 minutes or toothpick inserted comes out clean
- Remove from oven and cool for at least 10 minutes before serving
