Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place Chicken in a large roasting pan or bowl
  • In a Separate large bowl add the Yogurt
  • Mix in: Lemon Zest and Juice
  • Minced Ginger
  • Minced Garlic
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • Food Coloring (if using)
  • Pour Marinade over The Chicken and incorporate well
  • Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours or over night
  • BBQ the next day over Hard Wood or Charcoal on Medium heat for best results.

    Well I'm glad you pointed out the programming error because I wouldn't have seen this recipe. Most tandoori recipes are to bland for me. This one looks great!
