Barbecue Tandoori Chicken

- 3 Cups Regular plain yogurt shopping list
- I Bunch Fresh Chopped cilantro shopping list
- 2 lemons Zested and juiced shopping list
- 1 Whole Large cluster of ginger Pealed and Minced shopping list
- 15 cloves of garlic Minced shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons Of garam masala (Indian spice Blend) shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons salt shopping list
- 4 lbs of Skinless boneless chicken thighs shopping list
- 3/4 Teaspoon red food color shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon yellow food color (You can leave the coloring out i do most of the time) shopping list
How to make it
- Place Chicken in a large roasting pan or bowl
- In a Separate large bowl add the Yogurt
- Mix in: Lemon Zest and Juice
- Minced Ginger
- Minced Garlic
- Chopped Cilantro
- Garam Masala
- Salt
- Food Coloring (if using)
- Pour Marinade over The Chicken and incorporate well
- Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours or over night
- BBQ the next day over Hard Wood or Charcoal on Medium heat for best results.

Well I'm glad you pointed out the programming error because I wouldn't have seen this recipe. Most tandoori recipes are to bland for me. This one looks great!
