How to make it

  • Dip each berry 3/4 of the way into the bitter chocolate.
  • Place on a wax paper - lined baking sheet to set completely.
  • Dip each strawberry 1/3 of the way into the white chocolate and allow to set in the same manner.
  • Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
