This was my Mom's recipe. We called it Ladies Aid Salad because she always made it for the Church ladies. It is a light, summery salad.

Great post! Similar to the salad I grew up on. But we skipped the pimento and added sliced sweet pickles and chopped hard cooked egg. A 5 from me for the memories!

I made this last night although I had not seen this recipe yet. I did add boiled eggs, and added italian dressing to the mayo. Yum. L.
