Ladies Aid Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 box small ring noodles

1 jar pimentoes chopped

1/2 cp chopped celery

1/2 cp green onions sliced small

1 can albacore tuna drained

1 cp mayonase

Directions

Bring salted water to a boil

add pasta and cook til done

drain pasta and rinse with cold water til cool

add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.

To serve place leaf of romain on salad plate and using a large icecream scoop place a mound of salad on leaf.

This is a very nice sumer lunch served with a few variety crackers and maybe a few slices of cheese.

Great post! Similar to the salad I grew up on. But we skipped the pimento and added sliced sweet pickles and chopped hard cooked egg. A 5 from me for the memories!
