How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In large bowl mix all ingredients just until well combined but not over mixed.
  • In rectangular metal baking pan shape meat mixture into loaf.
  • Bake loaf 1 hour and 15 minutes the allow to stand 10 minutes before slicing.

    The recipe sounds very good. I wonder if I could sub the lamb with pork. I can not eat lamb because of something my grandad said when I was little, and the same with deer meat.
