I generally use this marinade for chicken kebabs but it can be used for all sorts of chicken

Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup sherry cooking wine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups pineapple juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- If marinading for longer than 24 hours, pour off excess marinade
