Sensational Chicken Tacos

This past weekend I went on a quest to satisfy my craving for chicken tacos. I was looking for something unique and I found this on Allrecipes. Ingredients
- 1 pound skinless, boneless Chicken Breast halves, cut into bite size pieces shopping list
- 1 cup lemonade shopping list
- 2 Tbs. oilive Oil shopping list
- 1 Tbs. lime juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder shopping list
- 1 Bay Leaf shopping list
- 1 (12 oz.) package corn tortillas shopping list
- 1 head lettuce, shredded shopping list
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) package shredded sharp or medium cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream (I prefer light) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine chicken, lemonade, olive oil, lime juice, and Worcestshire sauce.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and bay leaf.
- Simmer until chicken is no longer pink, and juices run clear, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in the oven or according to package directions until soft.
- When chicken is fully cooked, transfer to serving bowl.
- Place lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, and sour cream in serving dishes.
- Each person can create their own taco, using their preferred ingredients.
