- 3-4 tablespoons of real maple syrup, grade 2 dark.
- 3-6 Tea Bags (depending on how strong you like it and Flavor)
- Spring Water
- Ice
- You can also make this into a *Sun Tea* and let it sit for about 1 hour.
Directions
- In the bottom of the glass decanter I put about 3-4 tablespoons of real maple syrup, grade 2 dark. When the tea brews into the decanter, the maple syrup is incorporated into the brew concentrate.
- So, when my iced tea is ready to drink it is sweet and very smooth without any bite at all.
- Maple syrup is much easier to digest than processed sugar or honey.
