Green Apple Appetizer

Excellent appetizer. You can use whatever amounts you want depending on how many people. Another one done for us last weekend.

Saute sliced green apple in butter and brandy. Put on toasted bread rounds,add a little salt and pepper,place a dollop of goat cheese on top and place under broiler till melted.
