How to make it

  • Cook the pork roast until it pulls apart easily. Let cool.
  • When cool pull apart.
  • Mix in a kettle the pork, onion, pepper, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt and ketchup.
  • Simmer and stir often for about 30 minutes or until done.

    This sounds very good. Can you be more specific on the amount of ketchup? I have a 20 oz. bottle in the fridge, and a 50.5 oz. bottle in the cupboard. :^)

    It takes about 10 minutes to combine ready to cook after you cook the pork.
