How to make it

  • Brown sausages in olive oil
  • Add sliced onions and bell pepper; saute for 2 minutes
  • add garlic, basil, salt and pepper. and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and 1/4 to 1 cup wine (I used a leftover bottle of white wine.)
  • Add any other ingredients I have forgotten to list as well as the red pepper flakes.
  • Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Boil water for pasta and add a hefty pinch of salt to the water.
  • Add pasta and cook to al dente.
  • You know what to do now, right?
