HoneyBaked Ham stores place the ham onto the top of a barrel and use a blow torch to carmelize the glaze..This recipe is the same taste without the torch

Ingredients
  • 1/2 spiral-cut smoked ham
  • 1/2 cup pear nectar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup honey

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Place ham, cut end down, in a large baking pan
  3. Mix together pear nectar and orange juice In a bowl
  4. Bake ham for 15 minutes, basting twice with juice mixture
  5. Mix together brown sugar and honey in a small bowl
  6. Brush mixture over ham
  7. Bake for another hour
