Ingredients

How to make it

  • cream butter and sugar until light and creamy
  • add egg and beat well
  • add rest of ingredients except the melted chocolate and confectioners sugar
  • grate the dough on a large working surface
  • take about a dessert spoonful of the grated dough and form mounds slightly with your hands
  • place on a cookie sheet
  • bake @180 for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned
  • cool------when cold ,drizzle melted brown chocolate on individual cookies
  • sift confectioner's sugar on these little mountains to resemble snow
  • for a special occasion i sprinkle some edible gold /bronze /silver dust
  • it looks and taste awesome

    Should I assume the 180 is Celsius degrees? Does anyone know the equivalent in Fahrenheit? This sounds like a goodie!
