Lemon Chicken Recipe
This is an extremely sticky, extremely tart lemon chicken. If you don't like really tart, add a little bit of sugar or Splenda. So quick, so easy!

Ingredients
  • Up to 6 chicken pieces (more and you should double the sauce)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger

Directions
  1. Pre-heat a large non-stick skillet with a lid to medium-high. Add 2 tbsp. oil to the skillet and brown the chicken on both sides. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Turn the heat down, put the lid on and cook the chicken until it is done.
  2. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the skillet and turn the heat back to medium-high. Add the honey, lemon juice, water, ginger, poultry seasoning and garlic to the skillet and simmer until the sauce is sticky (you may have to play with the temperature, turning it up to get it thickening and down so it doesn't burn).
  3. Once the sauce is thick (and when it is thick, it is stick to the chicken thick), return the chicken and coat well with the sauce.
