Oh my - so glad I went to your home page to find your mountain cookie recipe and came upon this recipe as an added bonue!!! This sounds like exactly the kind of cookie that would cause me great stomach distress after eating about 2 dozen of them when they come out of the oven - no willpower with peanut butter cups, ya know! But FIRST, I am making your mountain cookies tonight - we need a treat, and those are the ticket for my craving today...will let you know when I take them out of the oven, fill/frost them, and DEVOUR them (hopefully, I will find the willpower to save some to take in to work tomorrow)...thanks for feeding my cookie crave, Michelle, and giving me this one to try next!!
