Drumstick Cake

This tastes just like a drumstick ice cream treat and it makes a large pan full. Great on a hot day!
Ingredients
- Base shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
- 3 tbsp. peanut butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup white sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp. milk shopping list
- 4 cups Cool Whip, defrosted shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- Top shopping list
- 1/2 cup chocolate sundae sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup butterscotch sundae sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together base ingredients. Press into a 9 x 13 pan, reserving one cup for the topping. Blend the cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter , milk and vanilla at high speed. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over base. Drizzle sundae sauces over top and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Freeze.
