Drumstick Cake Recipe

Ingredients

Base

1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs

1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

3 tbsp. peanut butter

1/4 cup melted butter

Filling

1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup white sugar

2 tbsp. milk

4 cups Cool Whip, defrosted

1/2 cup peanut butter

Top

1/2 cup chocolate sundae sauce

1/2 cup butterscotch sundae sauce

Directions

Mix together base ingredients. Press into a 9 x 13 pan, reserving one cup for the topping. Blend the cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter , milk and vanilla at high speed. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over base. Drizzle sundae sauces over top and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Freeze.
