Greek Stuffed Portobellos

- 1/3 pound ground beef, extra lean shopping list
- 2 ounces feta cheese, preferably with black pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, chopped shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 2 portobello mushrooms, stems removed shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together all but the mushrooms. Mound half of the mixture onto each mushroom cap.
- Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or throw them on the grill.
- NOTE: You can triple the stuffing ingredients and turn the mixture into burgers or meatballs! Wonderful with tzatziki!
