Could I use leftover pork chops with this and adjust the cooking time?

This is a keeper. I tried this last nite and loved it. The only change I made was to marinate the chops in milk first to make them more tender and I browned on both sides longer than 4min., and I also added a pinch of season salt to the gravy mixture.

I made this last night. I didn't have onion gravy, so substituted with Lipton Onion Soup Mix. It was fantastic! I served it with rice smothered in the gravy and greenbeans. Wonderful!

Sure just follow all the browning instructions, then toss the chops and onions into crock pot, keep skillet on med., add liquid mix to it, and "loosen" all the crusty yummies from browning, and then add all that too crock pot and I would say leave on low 3-4 hrs. Hope this helps! let me know how it turns out if ya try it!
