I want you to know that I had pork chops defrosted and didn't want to make the same ole chops, looked for a recipe for smothered pork chops and found yours. It was fabulous and my husband loved them. Thanks for the recipe!

I'd like to try making these in a crock pot. Any suggestions?

Sure just follow all the browning instructions, then toss the chops and onions into crock pot, keep skillet on med., add liquid mix to it, and "loosen" all the crusty yummies from browning, and then add all that too crock pot and I would say leave on low 3-4 hrs. Hope this helps! let me know how it turns out if ya try it!
