How to make it

  • Put Amaretto in shot glass
  • Top it off with 151 proof rum
  • Put shot glass in another glass
  • Fill outer glass with beer up to level of shot glass
  • Ignite amaretto/151 rum shot with grill lighter
  • Let burn for a moment
  • Blow it out
  • Shoot it

    We used to do this but you would fill your beer mug up first, well almost full anyway. And then you get your shot glass with the amaretto topped with the rum and then light and drop into the beer. YUMMM
