Refreshing Watermelon Lemon Aid

- 2 cups cubed watermelon ( seeded ) shopping list
- 1/2 cup apple juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice shopping list
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- mint sprigs (optional) shopping list
- Blender shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender, combine watermelon, apple juice, lemon juice and honey.
- Cover and blend until smooth
- Serve over ice.
- Garnish with sprigs of mint, if desired
- Makes 2 - 3 servings
