Super Spectacular Salad Sandwich

Also good served on lettuce without bread and garnished with lemon slices or avocado. Super duper!
Ingredients
- 1 can(6 1/2 oz)tuna, drained & flaked shopping list
- 1 cup cottage cheese shopping list
- 2 chopped hard cooked eggs shopping list
- 1 large tomato, chopped & drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper marinade(or 1 teaspoon garlic salt, plus dash of lemon juice) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 2 green onions, sliced shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 16 slices whole grain bread, toasted & buttered shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh alfalfa sprouts shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together tuna, cottage cheese, eggs, tomato, cheddar, marinade or garlic mixture, celery, onions,mayo & salt.
- Chill
- Spread mixture on 8 slices of toast, then top with sprouts and remaining toast slices
