Raspberries, orange juice, marshmallows and whipped cream- delicate and rich flavors. Prep time doesn't include chill time.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers(Lil Niller Wafer recipe or store bought)
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 12 oz marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
- 1 package(10oz) frozen raspberries, thawed
Directions
- Blend vanilla wafers, butter, and sugar together and press firmly into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool & chill.
- Heat orange juice in double boiler, add marshmallows, and stir until melted.
- Cool mixture and chill in refrigerator until partially set.
- Fold in whipped cream, then raspberries
- Pour filling into crust.
- Top with extra whipped cream, if desired.
- Serves 8
