Grand Slam Pasta Salad

This mild pleasant tasting pasta salad will compliment anything comin' off that grill! (We just had this today and I couldn't resist putting it on here!)
Ingredients
- 1 - 16pkg. tube pasta shopping list
- 2 c. halved cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1 -4 oz. block provolone cheese, cubed shopping list
- 1 c. chopped sweet red pepper shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1 med. onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 - 14 oz. can pitted olives, drained shopping list
- ________________________ shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 2/3 c. veg. oil shopping list
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar OR cider vinegar shopping list
- 3 tbsp. minced fresh basil OR 3 tsp. dried basil shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. onion powder shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta, accord. to directions on pkg., drain, rinse w/ cold water
- Place pasta in a salad bowl
- Add tomatoes, cheese, peppers, onion, and olives

- Whisk together dressing ingredients until sugar dissolved
- Pour over pasta mixture, toss to coat
- Refrigerate until serving
