Shrimp and cheese mixture blended and spread over english muffins, then broiled.

- 1 jar sharp cheese
- 1 stick real butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 can small shrimp(drain water and crush all shrimp)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- parsley
- 10 english muffins, split and toasted
- paprika (or cayenne pepper!!)
Directions
- Blend cheese, butter, mayo, mustard, shrimp, paprika and parsley together until creamy.
- Split english muffins and toast lightly
- Spread each half with cheese mixture and place under broiler until cheese melts.

Mmmmm..but I think I will date this one for February. That's when the shrimp boats go out and I can get fresh shrimp (so much better than canned!!!!) Thanks for the recipe!
