Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine the garlic, orange juice, lemon juice, salt, cumin, pepper and cayenne in a blender cup with a steel blade and process until smooth.
  • Add the olive oil, in a steady stream thorough the top of the blender and process until sauce is thick.
  • Yields about 2 cups.
  • Refrigerate when not using.

    Minus the cumin (and with raw-chopped garlic instead of smoke-roasted) this is very like something I used to make for chicken, shrimp, whatever you wanted to grill or BBQ.
    I like your version better! More mellow flavour for the garlic -- and the cumin fits right in there! TY, Sparow :)
