Caramel Apple Cobbler

- 8 medium-size apples, peeled and sliced very THIN shopping list
- 1 cup caramel ice-Cream topping shopping list
- 1 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 1 cup (Flaked) coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 10-ounce can Hungry Jack (refrigerated) Flaky biscuits shopping list
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- HEAT oven to 350 degrees
- COMBINE Apple slices, Caramel topping, Flour and Pumpkin Pie Spice
- SPOON into a PAM-sprayed( or) greased 13x9 baking dish
- BAKE for 20 minutes
- In bowl COMBINE , COCONUT and SUGAR
- SEPARATE Biscuit Dough into 10 Biscuits
- CUT each Biscuit in Half
- DIP each Biscuit half in Butter
- ROLL in Coconut/Sugar mixture
- ARRANGE Biscuits halves (CUT SIDE DOWN) on TOP of partially baked Apples
- RETURN to oven and Bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes
- or until Biscuits and Coconut are Golden Brown.
- BE CAREFUL not to BURN !
- This BEST eaten Warm from the oven---Plain or with ice-cream or whipped cream
- ENJOY !!!
