Ingredients

½ cup sugar

1 cup vanilla ice cream

5 cups strong coffee

¾ cup of vodka

2 cups whipped cream for topping

Directions

Combine sugar and coffee.

Chill several hours.

Place ¼ cup ice cream in each of 4 serving glasses.

Add 1 ½ ounce vodka to each glass.

Divide the coffee mixture among the glasses and serve topped with whipped cream.

Great after Dinner selection!

My eyes must be going... I first read it as bistroL iced coffee - geeeze! This sounds decadent and delicious. I might just make this and use coffee ice cream instead of the vanilla - I already have the coffee chilled - and heck I could go all out and drizzle the last of the coffee/caremel/butterscotch sauce I made a few days ago (posted btw) thanks for sharing this naughty after dinner drink...
