Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rinse the salmon in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Squeeze lemon over one side of fish.
  • Drizzle a bit of olive oil over same side.
  • Season to your taste with salt, dill and pepper.
  • Rub in and repeat on other side.
  • Broil or grill 3 to 5 minutes on side one. You will be able to see how done the fish is on the side. Once it's cooked half way through, flip and grill an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  • I serve this with rice and asparagus. Simple, easy and good for you! And the fur kids too!

Thank you. I've always avoided seafood (I don't live near any coasts) but my daughter has been requesting salmon. I'll try this soon.
