I made these for a dinner party last night and they were a hit. I was given this recipe by a customer from my work. The actual recipe calls for bisquick but I used a gluten free baking mix, from a brand called Pamelas.

These were very good! I added grated parmesan cheese to the melted butter and garlic. Then brushed it heavily onto each biscuit. Pretty close to the Red Lobster biscuits.I hope you like my photo!

Good biscuit. I'd like to cut the butter in half next time and possibly make them drop biscuits on a cooking sheet instead of cupcake tins, or mold them into a standard looking biscuit shape using heavily floured hands to manipulate the dough.
