Grilled Corn With Lime Butter Recipe

Corn on the grill is awesome..And with the lime butter, it's just fantastic

Ingredients
- 6 ears corn
- Lime Butter
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 tbls. lime juice, fresh
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Cook time does not include soak time
- Peel down husks of corn and remove silk
- Cover corn back up with husks
- Soak corn in water for few hours to overnight
- Heat grill to medium
- Put corn on grill
- Rotate every 5 minutes to avoid burning on one side
- Grill for 30 minutes total
- Lime Butter
- Mash butter and lime juice together with a fork. Add salt
