Grilled Lemon Garlic Mushrooms

This easy, delicious side compliments your grilled meal.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. lemon juice shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. olive or canola oil shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- pepper to taste, fresh ground shopping list
- ____________________ shopping list
- 1 pound large fresh mushrooms shopping list
- ____________________ shopping list
- skewers shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, set aside
- Place mushrooms on skewers
- Grill mushrooms covered, over medium heat for about 5 mins.
- Brush generously with lemon mixture
- Turn mushrooms , grill 5-8 mins. longer, or until tender.
- Brush with remaining lemon mixture before serving.

I did these last night with some chicken kababs. They deserve a 10 instead of a five. The lemon and garlic are perfect with the mushrooms. I even basted the chicken with it... ;-)~ Thanks for the recipe.
