How to make it

  • Combine soup mix, flour, baking powder, eggs, beer and mustard.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Heat oil then dip vegetables and cheese in batter and fry until golden brown.
  • Serve warm sprinkled with your favorite seasoning.
