Kid made this frosting last night and it was double chocolate marshmallow goodness on our Kahlua tube cake. Easy and delicious

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup of evaporated skim milk
- 2 tsp of instant espresso coffee
- 1 cup of semi-sweet choc chips
- 2 cups of mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine butter, sugar and evaporated milk in medium sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil for five minutes.
- Pour liquid lava over the remaining ingredients that are in a large bowl.
- Beat with a wooden spoon until spreading consistency.
- Spread over cake while stll warm.
- Will tighten up considerably as it cools.

We weren't happy with the cake part! It was too dry. I messed up the baking time. The best part is the frosting.

What's not to love about this one?!? And I'm sure I can find a chocolate cake (or my favorite - a white cake) to put this on if you didn't care for your kahlua cake. I will do my best to leave some frosting in the bowl for the actual cake.
