Croissant Toast With Orange Honey Butter-ci

- 1 cup half and half shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2t orange zest shopping list
- 1t nutmeg shopping list
- 1t vanilla shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 8 plain croissants, sliced lengthwise shopping list
- powdered sugar(optional) shopping list
- orangE honey butter shopping list
- 1 stick butter, softened(no substitutes) shopping list
- 1t orange zest shopping list
- 2T honey shopping list
How to make it
- Beat together orange honey butter ingredients until well blended. Set aside.
- In pie plate or pan, beat eggs then slowly add half and half and whisk together.
- Add zest, nutmeg and vanilla.
- Melt 2T butter in skillet.
- Dip 4 croissant halves into egg mixture and cook in skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes each side(only turn once).
- Repeat as needed with remaining butter and bread.
- Serve with dollop of orange honey butter and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
