Garlicky Lemon Yoghurt Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup GREEK yoghurt

2 tsp lemon juice

1 green onion finely sliced

1 or 2 garlic cloves - minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill-finely chopped

generous pinch of salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Serve chilled.

*Flavour will intensify if refrigerated for several hours. Will keep in refrigerator for 5-7 days.

haha...funny- i have never been and i totally improvised this with ingredients i had on hand...

on a mixed greens and herbs salad with grilled steak and baby arugula...
