Low Fat Soft Biscotti - Chai Flavored

- 1 TBLS. ground ginger, 2 TSP.ground cinnamon, 1 TSP. ground cloves, 3 1/2 CUPS flour, 3 TSP. baking powder, 4 LARGE eggs, 2/3 CUP sugar, 4 TBLS. butter-SOFTENED, 2 TBLS. corn oil, 1 TSP. pure vanilla extract, shopping list
How to make it
- IN A VERY LARGE BOWL, MIX TOGETHER 1st FIVE INGREDIENTS.IN A SEPERATE BOWL, MIX TOGETHER 2nd TWO INGREDIENTS. THEN MIX TOGETHER LAST 3 INGREDIENTS. NOW MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER. IF DOUGH IS TOO STICKY,ADD MORE FLOUR A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL ITS NOT TOO STICKY ANYMORE. USE A TABLESPOON MEASURE TO SCOOP EACH COOKIE.SLIGHTLY HEAPING. FORM INTO LONG STRIPS LIKE LADY FINGERS. PLACE EACH ON A COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER ABOUT 1/2 INCH APART AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 16 MIN. DO NOT OVER BAKE OR THEY WILL NOT BE SOFT.STORE WHEN COOLED IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER..

I just made these; wow! These are very yummy cookies! I made crispy biscotti, because that is the way I prefer it, and it was very tasty! I loved the chai flavor! Thanks for sharing; I will make them again!
