- 1 TBLS. GROUND GINGER, 2 TSP.GROUND CINNAMON, 1 TSP. GROUND CLOVES, 3 1/2 CUPS FLOUR, 3 TSP. BAKING POWDER, 4 LARGE EGGS, 2/3 CUP SUGAR, 4 TBLS. BUTTER-SOFTENED, 2 TBLS. CORN OIL, 1 TSP. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT,

- IN A VERY LARGE BOWL, MIX TOGETHER 1st FIVE INGREDIENTS.IN A SEPERATE BOWL, MIX TOGETHER 2nd TWO INGREDIENTS. THEN MIX TOGETHER LAST 3 INGREDIENTS. NOW MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER. IF DOUGH IS TOO STICKY,ADD MORE FLOUR A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL ITS NOT TOO STICKY ANYMORE. USE A TABLESPOON MEASURE TO SCOOP EACH COOKIE.SLIGHTLY HEAPING. FORM INTO LONG STRIPS LIKE LADY FINGERS. PLACE EACH ON A COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER ABOUT 1/2 INCH APART AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 16 MIN. DO NOT OVER BAKE OR THEY WILL NOT BE SOFT.STORE WHEN COOLED IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER..
