Ingredients
  • 1 block (8 oz) 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 8 oz bottled blue cheese dressing
  • 8 oz Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • 1- 1/2 lbs chicken breast
  • Tostitoes Scoops
  • Celery

Directions
  1. In a dutch oven on the stove, melt the cream cheese, blue cheese, and Red Hot together, stirring occasionally.
  2. While they are melting, cook chicken in any desired manner (I usually microwave the chicken for 4 minutes per side-a little overdone is ok, it makes it easier to shred).
  3. Shred the chicken into the melted cheese mixture.
  4. Serve w/Tostitoes and celery sticks.

Sounds great, and you could use a chicken from the deli for a quicker way of fixing it. Sams also has chicken strips that are already done in the freezer section that I use for a lot of things. You have my 5

I am definitely making this for my next neighbors get-together!!!

My daughter nad her friends will love this! Thanks again, lovestohost!

This is great!

This sounds really good. My brother made something similar but this sounds more to my taste. Great Post!

Yup, a football must have...great addition, LTH...thank you!

I really want to try this recipe this weekend, but do you think it would work w/ ranch dressing instead of blue cheese? I'm allergic to blue cheese.

I made this for a party this weekend with the ranch instead of blue cheese and it was a hit! Everyone was crowding around the bowl and talking about how good it was. Thanks for the recipe!

I kept forgetting to make this but I finally remembered last night!!! This was extremely good!!! I only used 6oz. of the hot sauce because I'm whimpy when it comes to spicy foods...but it was still too spicy for me! I ended up adding 3 Tbls. of honey to help tone down the heat...then it was perfect! I used ranch dressing instead of blue cheese (just a personal preference)...this was gobbled up real quick! I served it with tortilla chips and celery sticks and it was delicious with both! I will make this again for the Super Bowl! I added my photo:)

Wonderful dip. I will try it as written! Great post!
