Nice and toasty appetizer!! Would like to try and lighten it up a little next time. I added this into the IMI -----------> Hot Artichoke Toast#

I used to love this dip before I became a vegan. But I think I can veganize the recipe fairly easily by using grape-oil "Veganaise" instead of mayo, and soy Parmesan cheese. I will omit the W-shire sauce though since it has anchovies in it. Perhaps some soy sauce will take it's place - yummm.

This reminds me of the artichoke dip that was so popular back in the 1980s. Sounds great!
