How to make it

  • In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients; beat well.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour a 1/4 cup measure for each pancake onto the griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot with lots of butter and syrup.
