Homemade Nutella

- 1/3 cup hazelnuts (if using with skins on, put in 400 oven for 15 minutes and then remove skins) shopping list
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 3 tbls. honey shopping list
How to make it
- Process hazelnuts in food processor, scraping down sides of bowl often, until pureed, about 5 minutes
- In double boiler, add condensed milk, chocolate chips, and honey
- Stir and heat until chocolate is melted
- Add chocolate mixture to hazelnuts in processor and process until mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes
- Can be stored in air tight container in fridge for up to 1 month

I am thinking of trying this and mixing it into something wonderful.... like adding it as filling for creme puffs to the vanilla custard - oh my - or drizzling it on top of them might be better....oh the ideas are a flowing
