Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat a large saute pan over medium high heat with the oil
  • add shallots and garlic, saute for about 2 minutes
  • add white wine, reduce by 3/4's
  • add prawns, saute one minute longer
  • add the cream and butter, bring to a boil
  • stir in the Heirloom Tomatoes, Parsley,Lemon juice and Zest.
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Serve over your favorite pasta cooked Al Dente or over Rice
  • top with parmesan cheese
  • have some fresh sour dough or Focaccia bread on hand.
  • (to sop up the yummy sauce,remember, this is your only indulgence, Gastronomic anyways..lol. So your allowed to do this)
  • 1 set the table
  • 2 invite the person you wish to indulge with.....
  • 3 Dim the lights, Pour your favorite beverage...
  • 4 smile

    You can substitute the Prawns for 2 Fresh large lobster tails to not only make this a Ultimate Gastronomic Indulgence, But a Financial one as well...hehehe (all kidding aside this is to die for with the lobster)
