WOW ! I made these and reduced the oil to 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup plain applesauce. I added dried cranberries and walnuts. They are sooo good! I never even frosted, maybe next time. I love these. Thank you so much. Can I make this 10 stars?

I'm browsing over my lunch hour, and of course I found your cookie recipe...I just need to find a neighbor growing some zucchini now - LOVE these things! Zucchini makes the cookies so moist and delish...xoxo

Hey Michelle sweetie - my mom used to make a similar zucchini cookie when I was a kid during the zucchin bumper crop season - and we loved them. I haven't had them in ages and now with your recipe, I'm jonesing to taste them again. Thanks so much! :) Vickie
