This is an easy recipe that is so good. I use the Country stlye ribs cut from the butt roast, the boneless are great or use thick cut rib end chops cut in 1/2. Your butcher can fix you up.The meat is so tender it cuts with a fork.

I don't do pork, but the sauce sounds great. Do you think it'll taste as good on chicken?

I've never tried it and that's funny because my wife doesn't eat any beef or pork at all. If it ever walked, ran, crawled, swam, flew or dragged itself by one limb I'll cook it. I would think it would be good with chicken just have to watch the cooking time, I do cook Bnls. turkey breast alot for my wife and that may work as well. Let me know if you try it and I will try it for you as soon as soon as I can and let you know.
