Chicken Divan Any Day Of The Week

- 2 Large bunches of fresh broccoli crowns shopping list
- 2 Cups cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 Can condensed cream of chicken soup (regular or low fat) shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of mayonnaise (regular or low/no fat) shopping list
- 1 Tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 4 Green onions chopped shopping list
- 1-2 Tsp curry powder (to taste) shopping list
- 2-4 Tsp Worcestershire sauce (also know as "whats that there sauce")(to taste) shopping list
- 1 Tsp basil shopping list
- 1 Tsp Paprika shopping list
- 1 Tsp Celery Seed shopping list
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp onion Powder shopping list
- TOPPING: shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Old cheddar cheese grated shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese grated shopping list
- 1/2 Cup dry bread and Panko crumbs shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Cold butter (or cold margarine) shopping list
- Sprinkle of tarragon shopping list
How to make it
- Cut broccoli crowns into individual pieces and arrange in bottom of 13 X 9 greased dish or casserole
- Sprinkle chicken pieces over top of broccoli pieces
- Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onions, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, celery seed, onion and garlic powders, and basil, pour over chicken and broccoli mix (don't worry it won't cover everything completely, just spread it around over the top as much as you can)
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top
- Combine bread/panko crumbs and butter and sprinkle over cheese
- Sprinkle tarragon over top of bread crumbs
- BAKE: at 350 for 30-40 minutes until top is golden and crispy, remove from oven and let it rest for approximately 10 minutes before serving. Goes well served with rice or noodles. Enjoy!!

I recommend using half the spices, or less, if you only do one can of soup. And add some milk to thin it out a bit, especially if you're serving it with rice or noodles. I doubled the soup and used all the spices called for, which was super flavorful...more
