Hey Elaine! Wanted to letcha know that I wanted to do something a lil more "rustic" with our burgers tonight, as I was using a recipe for Bison burgers, from another Refugee member..so, I did a Refugee recipe search and decided on these. :) Didn't do the gravy, rather I made a mayo/sour cream/chipotle dipping sauce of my own, to compliment the burgers. They were great together. Glad you posted this idea. Just a lil different from run of the mill fries! :) I added my photo, I hope you don't mind.
