How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F, grease a Bundt pan.
  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, followed by yogurt and vanilla.
  • Sift together the flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt.
  • Add to the creamed mixture, beating smooth.
  • Bake 1 hour, or until tests done.
  • Cool 30 minutes before unmoulding.
