How to make it

  • Mix Cool Whip and instant Pistachio jell-o until well blended
  • Add fruit cocktail and pineapple and blend well (if to stiff add juice that was drained)
  • Add the mini-marshmellows and blend well
  • Add the options here if you desire them
  • Fold in the manderine organges

    This is similar to one I make with a sour cream base...this would be a dessert for us, for sure, as sweet as it'd be...have you ever tried it with whipping your own cream instead of cool whip? Reckon it'd work? Prolly if you're servin' it that same day...my "optional" on this'd prolly be some crushed pistachios...sounds great, thanks for the addition! :)
