This was the first salad I had tasted when I moved to Texas.. It was great, I was looking for the recipe, thanks

Love the title had to look lol haven't made a fruit salad for an age, cheers for the reminder

Fruit, Cool Whip and Jello.. works every time! Yummy!

Sounds delicious. What a great 5 forks recipe

I could use this recipes for the holidays....

This is similar to one I make with a sour cream base...this would be a dessert for us, for sure, as sweet as it'd be...have you ever tried it with whipping your own cream instead of cool whip? Reckon it'd work? Prolly if you're servin' it that same day...my "optional" on this'd prolly be some crushed pistachios...sounds great, thanks for the addition! :)

This sounds yummy and so easy. could whip this right up and be potluck bound in no time.thanks for the idea.

Gonna have to save this recipe, it has the same ingredients that my mama use to make.

I don't drain the fruit but mix in the pudding making sure it is blended well. Then I add the rest of the ingredients leaving the whipped topping for last. Yum!
