Artichoke Squares

- 2 cans of Reduced Fat crescent rolls shopping list
- 1 (14 oz.) can of artichoke hearts drained and chopped shopping list
- 1 (10 oz) pk of frozen spinach drained shopping list
- 3/4 c. romano cheese shopping list
- 2/3 c. low fat mayo shopping list
- 2/3 c. reduced fat sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- cracked fresh pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350
- Remove paper wrapper from the frozen spinach box and place on microwavable plate.
- Cook for 5 minutes and 30 seconds in the microwave.
- Remove spinach from box and drain well
- Meanwhile, unroll both cans of crescent dough and press out on a cookie sheet, making sure to seal all edges and seams.
- Mix the romano, mayo, sour cream, and garlic powder together.
- Add fresh cracked pepper to taste.
- Add cooled drained spinach and chopped artichoke hearts.
- Spread on top of the crescent dough evenly.
- Bake about 35 minutes or until the crust is evenly browned.
- Cut into squares.
- Enjoy!

Lovin this one. SOOOOO happy to have another believer amongst the foodies...I mean, as long as you have a can of crescent rolls in the fridge, you can do anything from an elegant dinner party to dessert...right??? Love it! Thanks for sharing.

I just made this and they were very good! I doubled the garlic powder and I used marinated artichoke hearts. They worked perfectly for this recipe. I hope you like the photo!
