BLT Burritos Recipe

How to make it

  • In a large bowl,combine lettuce,tomato,mayonnaise,bacon bits,salt and pepper;mix well. Spoon mixture evenly onto the centers of the tortillas. Fold the bottom of each tortilla up over the vegetable mixture,then fold both sides over,envelope fashion. Fold the top of eack tortilla closed and turn seam side down. Serve
  • If you don't have bacon on hand,chop 1/4lb. of deli turkey and mix it in to create a "TLT" burrito

    Made this using the smaller tortillas. Had trouble folding them but were good nonetheless.

    Hi! How are U? Tried your BLTs tonight for supper.Man, were they good. I usually just eat the bacon and tomato, my favorite part. But, the lettuce was really good mixed in with it. It was a 5+. Thanks again.

    got to tell you GF, it was fantastic...I made enough for just one... and should have made enough for two, since the one BLT Burrito wasn't enough...though the added dollop of fresh guac really made it extra special....hoping you had a wonderful time at your anniversary dinner!

    Even without water coming from my faucet (though plenty out from my window with the rain) this is a delicious available dinner possibility for me tonight....and I love the amount of mayo.....you must have written this one for me...lol
